Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) Grant Requested
Spirit-Works to Build A Better World in Church, Schools and Communities has applied to Humana Inc. for a grant to establish Capital Improvement Projects (CIP). CIP will both renovate and build to improve the educational landscape required in promoting higher levels of educational achievement. CIP will include post-secondary/graduate education institutions renovation or construction, Church educational building construction and mental health agency renovation that serve their local and metro communities, etc.
The purpose of Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) is to support revitalization and/or create constructed facilities that are used to provide various types of education and to support environments conducive to learning and higher achievement. CIP can vary and may include but are not limited to educational institutions, Church building construction for education, mental health agency renovation, etc. CIP will include all capital items allowable by the Humana Inc. Grant. CIP is solely possible with award of the Humana Inc. Grant. If the CIP Grant is awarded, it will be divided equally by the number of selected capital projects. Humana Inc. will make an announcement about the finalists in September, 2009. Humana Inc.'s Grant Award Celebration is scheduled for October, 2009.

Proposed Freedom School Project Press Release
The purpose of the Freedom School Project is to create a learning environment conducive to helping each student attain a higher level of achievement in critical educational subject areas while cultivating skills in leadership, critical thinking, good citizenship, spiritual, social, cultural diversity and enrichment enhancement for which curriculum will encompass. The Freedom School will operate 4 hours a day two days a week from 2 pm to 6 pm on Tuesday and Thursday each week during the school academic year (September through May excluding holiday weeks). The salary for scheduled hours worked (4 hours 2 days a week on Tuesday and Thursday) by position will be: Teacher Assistant ($7.00 per hour), Teacher ($12.00 per hour) and Administrator ($15.00 per hour). This means the Freedom School fee per child will be $65 each week for 2 days to pay the cost of Assistant Teacher and Teacher salaries. Registration and grant application have been made to Humana Inc. for the Freedom School Project. The grant funding award decision is pending. If the award is granted it will be used for the Freedom School Project educational and enrichment tools, to pay for the project's housing space and to pay the designated per hour salary for the Freedom School Administrator. Spirit-works to build a better world in Church, Schools and Communities. Updates will be made to provide the status of approval to begin and the status of the decision by Humana Inc. to fund the Freedom School Project. Overview/Achievements/Relationships - Spirit-Works in communities to build a better world in church, schools and communities. The O-I-C MAP Project is one way to support building healthy communities through Arts Productions designed to inspire communities and enliven the human spirit. Projects over the years have taking the form of Christian counseling/teaching, mentoring and outreach. As a result of youth mentored as teens have gone on to graduate from high school, enter college, complete college and some graduate school and are now working, responsible and productive, loving and caring citizens. Also they are modeling their example by giving back through outreach to sponsor children and families who need a helping hand as we all at some station of life need. These relationships are real and lasting because they provide a MAP (more abundant purpose) that shows us that we are all O-I-C (our internal code).
Program/Project
Overview/Strategies/Evaluation/Grant Use - O-I-C MAP Arts Productions will be developed through enlivening messages that promote healthy living. Consequently, the inspirational arts productions will improve the quality of life and lead to healthy communities.
Arts Groups will include but not be limited to music (vocal and instrumentation), drama, dance, and other forms of creative expression in local areas. Based on funding, Inspirational Reality Arts Productions would be filmed and made available for both local and global viewing hince together we give guidance and aid when it is needed most and work to build a better world.
The first giving fundraiser is set up for private donations to support 100% the
O-I-C MAP Inspiring and Enlivening Arts Productions Project less firstgiving's administrative fee. Just click the button of the firstgiving display on this blig site and your donation will go direct to firstgiving for accounting and administration.
If the Humana Atlanta Benefits $100,000 grant is awarded, Arts Productions will be developed and produced by local arts groups in 2010 through 2011. This will also include any funds that are raised through firstgiving less their administration fees. Productions may include all age groups gifted in the arts areas required for the Arts Productions. Effectiveness will be measured by creating a blog article and requesting feedback of viewers concerning their perceptions and impacts as measured against those desired outcomes of the Arts Productions. Another tool may be use of an online survey that can measure the outcomes as preceived by the viewers to what the producers and directors hope their audience will gain. By the end of the funding period the success will be measured based on the viewers reviews via blog and survey and by the producers, directors and artists of the Arts Productions whose reviews will also be taken via the blog, survey and in production sessions (used as press release for publicity of Arts Productions). It is hoped that ticket sales for each Arts Production will provide funding needed to continue the Reality Arts Productions and support key roles in producing the Reality Arts Productions post the grant funding period.

Humana associates can become collaborative partner and also adopt the Inspirational Reality Arts Productions, O-I-C MAP, as Friends volunteers to insure the successful event planning, production aids, logistics, publicity, promotion, ticket sales, stage set-up/lighting, props, fundraising, and other support, etc. that's needed happens. Humana can also become the vehicle to support funding an Amphitheatre for the Inspirational Reality Arts Productions Legacy--O-I-C (our internal code) MAP (more abundant purpose) for Humana, Guidance when you need it most.

for ZHBC Ministry Arts Productions
The One In Christ Foundation will be established if approved for the sole purpose to provide funding (giving, faith based grants and other funding sources) toward the erection of an amphitheatre/theatre to be used to expand the current Arts Ministry in ZHBC. The commission and mission are for the salvation of souls and to make disciples through Christian Ministry Arts Productions. Biblical themes and their associated Bible stories would be put in motion in a variety of art expressions and placed into reality based life experience applications for viewing & dialog.
Salvation would be offered to people who have not received Jesus Christ. People who are saved will be supported in helping them to be faithful disciples of Jesus Christ. People will be enabled to better meet challenging times in daily living by support received in understanding how to apply/implement God's Word, His will and way through Christian Ministry Arts Productions. These productions are not for entertainment but to make disciples while enriching the lives of God's people and to reach people with the Good News of the Gospel in all the world.
